Our "Flip" skirts are basically just a lined circle cut skirt... But there is nothing basic about them!  When you twirl you have a flash of color on the underside!  This one is unicorn and rainbow print, with a red sparkly jewel lining, and a black mystique waistband.
Want to wear it reversed? You can do that, but there will be an exposed serge at the waistband.
